Over the past 12 years, like most women,I have constantly been yo yo dieting with no real long term
result or success. Throughout this time I have felt sluggish, tired and constantly lacked energy.
 
That was before I was introduced to Jez my motive8me trainer 5 months ago. Now my life has totally
changed for the better.It has helped me to understand that dieting and the obsession of an ideal
weight is not the way to either look or feel good, but to change your lifestyle is.
 
When I started my training with motive8me, I was unable to jog for more than 60 seconds. Since then I
am now able to run 12 miles a week; I have an abundance of energy and feel fresh and alive. I still enjoy
chocolate,the odd chinese or Indian meal and a glass of wine when I wish. I now feel I have total
control over what I eat and no longer have the urge to binge.
 
In total I have reduced my overall body fat by 9% and have reduced my dress size from 16 to 12.

I was given the opportunity by a National magazine to have an online personal trainer for 3 months. It
has been a very successful time for me. I achieved my goal weight of 11st 6 lb and increased my fitness

Having worked in the city for the last twenty years the socialising and meals out had begun to take a
toll on my health and weight.I tried over the years using the gym but with no real direction or goal in
mind, I was not really making any inroads.

Then I came across motive8me and it has really changed how I approach my gym training.The sessions
have been tailored to what I want to achieve and different to stop me from doing the same thing week
in week out.

I feel so much better and have much more energy, even the stress of work doesn't affect me nearly as
